How do I access my Client Organizer?

Step 1: Login

  1. Go to earneynet.com
  2. Click Client Login at the upper part of website.
  3. Enter your login information.
  4. Click Log In.

Note: If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link.

Step 2: Accessing Client Organizer

  1. Under Tax Organizer, click Enter Tax Information.
  2. The organizer is fillable online. You can also upload tax documents with your organizer using the Upload Tax Documents
  3. Once finished, please select Send to Preparer. We will automatically get a notification that your organizer is complete. Once you have clicked Send to Preparer, you will no longer be able to edit the organizer or upload any additional documents this way. If you need to upload additional documents after you’ve already clicked Send to Preparer, please use file exchange.

How do I upload documents using File Exchange?

Step 1: Scan your documents

Step 2: Login

  1. Go to earneynet.com
  2. Click Client Login at the upper part of website.
  3. Enter your login information.
  4. Click Log In.

Note: If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link.

Step 3: Upload your documents using File Exchange

  1. Click File Exchange located on the left side of your home screen.
  2. Click the Source Documents folder located in the middle of the screen.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Click Add Files.
  5. Select the files you want to upload.
  6. Click Start Upload.

How do I find my tax return(s) on my portal?

Step 1: Login

  1. Go to earneynet.com
  2. Click Client Login at the upper part of website.
  3. Enter your login information.
  4. Click Log In.

Note: If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link.

Step 2: Accessing your tax return(s)

  1. On your home page, click on your name on the left hand side under File Exchange.
  2. Click the Tax Returns folder located in the middle of the screen.
  3. Click the tax year that you want to access.
  4. Click the tax return that you want to access (NC Tax Return, US Tax Return, etc.).
  5. A separate window or tab in your browser will appear with the return you clicked on. You may save and/or print from this screen.

To save:

  1. Right click on the screen.
  2. Click Save As
  3. Save to the desired location on your computer

To print:

  1. Right click on the screen.
  2. Click Print

Can I pay my bill on the Earney & Company website?

We do not have an option to pay via our website.

We do accept all major credit cards and payment can be made over the phone or in our office. You may also mail in a check.

Where can I find my payment vouchers and/or estimated payment vouchers?

Step 1: Login

  1. Go to earneynet.com
  2. Click Client Login at the upper part of website.
  3. Enter your login information.
  4. Click Log In.

Step 2: Accessing your payment voucher(s)

  1. On your home page, click on your name on the left-hand side under File Exchange.
  2. Click the Client Action Items folder located in the middle of the screen.
  3. Click the payment voucher(s) you want to access.
  4. A separate window or tab in your browser will appear with the payment voucher you clicked on. You may save and/or print from this screen.

To save:

  1. Right click on the screen.
  2. Click Save As
  3. Save to the desired location on your computer

To print:

  1. Right click on the screen.
  2. Click Print

Note: In your Client Action Items folder you may also view your Filing Instructions that explain how to write the check(s) you mail in with your respective voucher(s) and the address where you’ll need to mail the voucher(s) to.
